Who we are
Zavemate prepares print-ready event files from lists our customers send. Contact: zavemate@gmail.com.
What we collect
Your contact details and event details; the attendee, guest or recipient lists and artwork you upload; and the print setup you choose in our quote tool.
How we use it
Only to prepare and deliver your files and to contact you about your order. We don’t sell it, share it with other customers, or use it for marketing.
Who stores it for us
Our order form provider (Tally), our database and file storage provider (Supabase) and our website host (Hostinger) store data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We delete your lists, artwork and files after your order is complete, unless you ask us to keep them for a repeat event. Download links expire after 7 days.
Your responsibility
By uploading a list you confirm you have permission to share those names with us for this purpose.
Your rights
Email zavemate@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
