How it works
- Set up and get a pricePick the product, size and paper in our quote tool. You see the whole print sheet and an estimated price straight away.
- Send your listUpload a CSV or Excel file with one person per row, plus any logo or artwork. We check it and confirm the final price before any work starts.
- Approve the proofYou get a watermarked proof of every sheet at actual size. Long names, Chinese characters and spacing are checked before we finish.
- Download and printReceive the print sheet PDF and one PDF per person. If your first plain-paper test print is offset, send a photo and we adjust the file free.
Why not just use a template?
Templates assume a perfect printer. We set the layout for your exact paper and fix any consistent offset after your first test print.
Names like “歐陽志明 Au Yeung Chi Ming” are sized to fit, not cut off. Anything shrunk a lot is flagged for you to check.

Common questions
What exactly do I receive?
Print-ready PDFs: a print sheet file laid out on A4 or A3 at actual size, one PDF per person (zipped), and a watermarked proof before the final files. We don’t print or ship anything.
How much does it cost?
A fixed price per list, from US$29 / HK$228. Name badges start at US$39 / HK$298, certificates at US$35 / HK$268 and place cards at US$29 / HK$228 for up to 50 names. See the pricing page for every tier.
How fast is delivery?
2 business days after we receive a complete list. 24-hour rush is +50% (minimum US$25 / HK$198).
What list format do you need?
A CSV or Excel file with one person per row and one column per line of text (for example Name, Title, Company). We check the columns before we start.
Can you handle Chinese and English names?
Yes. We use Noto Sans TC, an open-source font that covers Traditional Chinese and English. Long or bilingual names are sized to fit and any name shrunk a lot is flagged for you to check.
Can you design the background?
Yes, for US$49 / HK$388 per design with one concept and one round of changes. If you already have approved artwork or a logo, that’s free.
